On August, 6, 2012, Mankind proved once more that it’s capable of great things. I mean, I don’t know if you remember that day, but I recall that I had to check several times the explanations on how NASA intended to drop a car-sized vehicle on Mars.
One year later, the Curiosity Mars rover is still up and running, and I believe that the real legacy of this whole mission is the renewed interest on science and space exploration that were probably awaken by this successful mission, and by the prospect of actually having a space colony in a couple of decades.
I decided to dig through Visual Loop‘s archives to pick 12 infographics about Curiosity, that I now share with you. Of course that there are many more infographics about this topic out there, and you can keep up with new oness both on our Tumblr and on Pinterest, where we have a whole board dedicated to the Red Planet.
See you next week!
